They arrive at the cellar in 20 kg crates to prevent damage. Upon arrival, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. They are then carefully transported to the tanks via a conveyor belt. After a cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation begins. This is followed by a long skin maceration, with regular pump-overs for extra extraction and structure.
